Nutritional Don’ts that Ruin Your Natural Beauty
1. Don’t eat heavily processed foods that are “enriched” with stabilizers, preservatives, and other synthetic junk.
2. Don’t skip meals, especially breakfast.
3. Don’t eat fried foods. Bake, broil, or grill foods andmake sure your meats do not burn.
4. Don’t clean your plate just to be polite. Eat only as much as you want. Do not eat leftovers after your kids are finished with their food.
5. Don’t crash diet: not all of the newest diet crazes will produce sustainable weight loss results, and many diets can actually damage your health and good looks.
6. Don’t buy food in tins and cans: the plastic lining of cans leaches dangerous phthalates into your food. Opt for glass packaging. Purchase
dried legumes, and soak overnight before cooking.

7. Don’t use hydrogenated fats in cooking. Hydrogenated fats may increase free radicals in the body. Olive oil or butter is a better choice than margarine.
9. Don’t shop on an empty stomach. Set some time aside to plan your meals for the week ahead. Shop at farmers markets and food co-ops, where you can get fresh, local foods.
10. Don’t get discouraged. Be kind to yourself. Eating healthy will not become your habit for life if you look at it as a burden.
